Picassa crashed on both my computer and Elena’s main computer. I considered calling Comcast computer services but decided to do it myself. I had to uninstall and reinstall Picassa 3.9 two times on my computer to get it right. I had to reload all of my pictures and videos. This process was repeated on Elena’s computer. I lost 3-4 hours of my life cleaning up something that was not my fault. Google how could you let me down?
